By subscribing to this publication, you agree to the following terms:

   All stories, articles, audio episodes, images, and materials published in this newsletter are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of ProfSpirit LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without explicit written permission.

2. Subscription
   You may subscribe as either a free or paid member. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Substack. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account.

3. Use of Content
   Subscribers are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and listen to the content for personal use only. Commercial use, sharing with non-subscribers, or public redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Refunds
   Refunds are not provided for monthly or annual subscriptions except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of ProfSpirit LLC.

5. Conduct
   You agree not to use the comments or community features to harass, spam, or post inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove comments or ban users who violate these rules.

6. Changes to Terms
